The 10,000 Trees Project is seeking volunteers to help reforest

Waterloo's urban landscape.  No experience is necessary, just a

commitment to the improvement of our environment.

Duties involve participating in planting events throughout the

growing season over the next several years.

Yes. I want to be a Volunteer!

10,000th Tree vicdeo

The symbolic 10,000th tree has found its home near Waterloo's City Centre.
The more than four-metre tall Autumn Flame Maple was chosen because

Town Square Green Space  by 10,000 Trees Project

Town SquareWaterloo Public Square opened to great fanfare on May 30, 2009.  Six stately locust trees provide shade for visitors and a lovely natural garden greet citizens at the square gateway all donated by 10,000 Trees Project Inc. As the city's premiere environmental organization it is fitting that it be the
first corporation to sponsor the Town Square.
